Pomodoro Technique Kya Hai?
Francesco Cirillo ne 1980s mein yeh technique develop ki — ek tomato-shaped timer ka use karke (Italian mein "pomodoro" = tomato). Basic idea simple hai: 25 minutes focused kaam, phir 5 minute break. 4 sessions ke baad 15-20 minute ka lamba break.
Brain Pe Kya Hota Hai?
Jab aap ek task par bahut der tak focus karte ho, brain ki prefrontal cortex thak jaati hai. Yeh "mental fatigue" hai — isliye 3-4 ghante ki continuous padhai ke baad kuch yaad nahi rehta. 5 minute ka break brain ko reset karta hai, aur attention mechanisms fresh ho jaate hain.
Research dikhata hai ki regular breaks lene wale students bina breaks ke padhne walo se zyada material retain karte hain.

Common Mistakes
- Phone dekhna break mein: Social media notifications brain को reset नहीं होने देतीं
- Timer ignore karna: "Bas 5 minute aur" se flow mein rehna zaruri lagta hai lekin fatigue build hoti hai
- Unrealistic sessions: 14 Pomodoros ek din mein sustainable nahi hai — 8-10 peak hai
